NAF60 - NAF Rock Salt
No one nutrient is lost more through sweat than salt.  Losses of up to 60 litres of sweat in a single day have been recorded in endurance horses.  Salt deficiency signs include loss of appetite, poor coat, poor performance and licking at surfaces.  NAF Rock Salt contains approximately 94% pure salt, together with other trace elements, and will provide at least half the total recommended daily salt requirement for the horse.

Sand colic is a particular problem for horses grazing in coastal areas and on dry sandy soil.  An accumulation of sand in the gut will lead to colic symptoms, discomfort and diarrhoea usually being the first signs, followed by rolling, sweating and refusal to drink.  Combined with multiple sourced anti-oxidents, NAF Sand Gard helps to maintain a healthy gut environment.
