HH32 - Himilayan Salt Lick
The salt lick on a rope! The distinctive rose colour comes from the salts' high mineral content, such as Iron, Potassium and Magnesium, which are all vital for maintaining health. Himilayan salt licks are literally 'rock hard', so horses find it difficult to bite chunks off them, which is often a problem with other 'softer' pressed salt licks. These licks can even be left outside in the field, as they will not crumble or dissolve when wet. Experience has shown that horses do prefer these to other salt licks.
