Ordering, delivery, payment terms, returns, prices, special offers etc.

Ordering: 
Orders can be made using the online shop. Alternatively, by telephone, email or post. Please state the product code, description, size, colour and quantity when ordering by the latter methods. Fitting/sizing: Please make sure that when ordering any horse or rider clothing, that you have the correct measurements. Horse rugs are in measurements of feet and inches and are in 3" intervals i.e 5'0", 5'3", 5'6" etc. Any product worn or used CANNOT be returned unless faulty. If you have any queries regarding sizes, please email: mail@insideoutequestrian.co.uk, and we will offer our assistance.
To order through the online store, simply click on any items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping basket.  After you have finished your selection, click on 'order' and fill in your details.

Returns/exchanges:
In accordance with legislation under the Health and Safety Act 1972, we are unable to handle and inspect any horsewear or footwear products that have been worn or used, unless faulty.  For the return of goods, other than those believed to be faulty, the cost to return the goods will be your at your own expense.   Returns must be received back withing 14 days of purchase and in the same unworn/unused condition in which you will have received them.  We require written confirmation of all returns, by either post or email, stating the reason for return.  It is your obligation to take reasonable care of goods that you wish to return.  Any refunds/replacements for returned goods will be made upon receipt and inspection of the item returned.  Please obtain proof of postage, and insurance as we cannot be held responsibly for any loss or damage to goods returned by you.  Post all returns to the address at the bottom of this page.  Any exchanges will be delivered free of charge.

Payment Terms:
Payment for your order will be taken from your account as soon as you have clicked and confirmed the payment through 'Paypal'. All payments through the web site are secure. No one will see your card details except for you. Do not email your card details.  No responsibility can be taken for security if your details are provided in this way.  Payments are processed by Paypal are all in GBP Sterling. Cheque payments are accepted, and all cheques are to be made payable to 'Inside Out Equestrian Solutions' and posted to the address at the bottom of this page.  Once your cheque has cleared, you will recieve confirmation by email or telephone, and your order will be despatched stating the expected delivery date. All products remain the property of Melanie Worden T/A Inside Out Equestrian Solutions, until payment has cleared.

Delivery:
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of goods. Products in stock will be despatched within 48 hours.  In some cases, if we are out of stock this may take longer, You will be advised by email or telephone of your delivery date or stock shortages and delays.  Standard delivery costs are £5.95 up to 25Kg.  For deliveries over 25Kg, please contact us so that we can advise on any extra costs.  For delivery outside mainland uk, please contact me for delivery costs. 

Prices:
Prices may increase beyond my control.  Should the cost differ from the price you have quoted, i will contact you by either email, telephone or post, to request your instructions.

Special Offers:
Any special offers cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative product.
